Before a module is quoted
Two things have to be true together. Water must be reaching the mold on each fill, which we watch rather than assume, and the ice maker must still fail to freeze or release a batch once it has that water. If either half is missing, the fault sits earlier on the path, and replacing the module would leave you with a new part and the same empty bin.
